A fascinating and purposeful morning with Sophie Stanbrook, President-Elect of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and its Secretary General Brigid Watson.
The CLA is the advocacy organisation for lawyers and the rule of law throughout the Commonwealth, with a firm view of impact and influence on global events.
Sophie's presidency starts in the summer of 2027. This morning I facilitated their review of strategy for her two-year term.
From what I have seen of Sophie's plans and Brigid's capabilities it will be very interesting to see this strategy roll out.
