This 12-month development programme is for people identified as future leaders by businesses, charities and public institutions.
Carefully selected cohorts develop the judgement, confidence, relationships and practical capabilities needed to take on greater leadership responsibility. The programme combines expert input with facilitated peer learning and allows participants to learn skills and work through issues and opportunities in readiness for the next step in their careers.
Participants will become part of a trusted network, learning alongside people whose organisations, experiences and perspectives are different from their own.
