Consultancy: practical, deliverable strategy for organisations in times of change, bringing focus and clarity using my Active Ethos method.

Coaching and mentoring: for very senior and rising leaders. Delivered as a ten-week programme or bespoke.

Leadership programmes: design and facilitation, including expert speaker selection.
