Leadership and culture adviser Erika Clegg has been recognised in the 2026 Spear's Wealth Management Indices, the internationally respected guide to leading private client advisers and specialists serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Often described as the "Michelin Guide of Wealth", the Spear's 500 features more than 3,000 advisers and service providers across areas including wealth management, philanthropy, property, family governance and succession planning.

Erika, founder of Larkenby and author of Junk Values, was recognised for her work supporting leaders and family businesses through periods of transition, growth and generational handover.

The inclusion comes at a time when many established businesses and wealthy families are navigating increasingly complex questions around succession, identity, purpose and leadership.

Speaking about her work, Erika said:

"The practical side of transition matters enormously, of course, but many of the most important conversations are actually about people, purpose and trust.

"When leadership passes from one generation to another, there is often a tension between preserving what made a business successful in the first place and allowing the next generation to shape what comes next. My work is about helping organisations navigate that thoughtfully, honestly and successfully."

In its introduction to the 2026 indices, Spear's described this year's rankings as reflecting "an industry at a genuine inflection point", shaped by tax reform, economic uncertainty and the largest generational wealth transfer in modern history.

The Spear's Research Unit assesses advisers through a detailed process involving peer review, interviews, client recommendations and sector research.

Erika's advisory work focuses on organisational culture, values, leadership clarity and strategic communication, particularly during periods of change. A former communications agency founder, she now works with organisations across the UK and internationally through consultancy, speaking and leadership programmes.

She is also the creator of the Active Ethos® framework, which helps organisations align purpose, values and behaviour in order to build stronger cultures and clearer decision-making.

Commenting on the recognition, Erika added:

"It's a genuine honour to be included. Spear's has become a trusted benchmark for excellence within private client advisory and leadership support, so to be recognised alongside such experienced advisers from around the world is very special."
