My own ethics

My purpose is to prosper and cause others to prosper, and my core belief is that everything good should flourish. That comes to life through my values. I hold myself to account against them, and so can you.

Bring positive energy.

In every dealing with me you should feel momentum and optimism, a sense that things will get done.

Know what matters.

I dig deep. I ask pertinent questions. I take the trouble to get to grips with what's important. I know what to concentrate on. I respect everyone, defer to no one.

Make the effort.

I will do what's needed, and more. I will make you feel seen. Whatever you do together, I will make it a fun, rewarding and memorable experience.

Leave things better.

Wherever I work, whoever I meet, whatever the goal – I make sure that I create a positive impact. And I'll always wipe down the basin.
