A subtle shift in tone

My role has always been to unearth what is unique and important in other people, organisations and businesses.

But if there were ever a time to be more overt about my own philosophy, this is it.

Will it win me work? Perhaps not. Might it even put some people off commissioning me? Possibly.

Those I admire most, Elizabeth Fry, Mary Parker Follett, et al, did not wait to be commissioned. They got on with it. JFDI, as I so often say to other people, encouragingly.

Over the past few months I have become clearer about the impact of my own principles. I refer to this only incidentally in my work, and it's time to go deeper.

Expect a subtle shift in tone. Still values-led, now revealing more of mine.
