The new chapter

Taking on the role. Revealing the truth.

When people start in their new role, they inherit a story. Sometimes it is an accurate reflection of the business, but more often it has become muddled over the years. The impact includes loss of focus, lack of shared direction and competing priorities.

That’s where I come in. These four services are different ways into that work: gathering all that is great about the business, planning for what has worked less well, and sharing a story that galvanises the team, builds client loyalty and supports excellent supplier relations.

The core engagement is the story-build; the others extend it, sharpen it, or support the leader directly. The categories are a guide, not a menu, and built on the Active Ethos® method set out in Junk Values.

Where to start

New to the role? Let’s build the story together.

Services

Four routes into the same work.

Every service I offer is designed to help you find and share a business story that delivers on the strategy and underpins trusted growth.

01

Story-build engagement

New CEOs and their leadership teams in the first year of a new chapter.

The core programme. Work to find the truth, find the words and bring the story to life. We move from uncertainty to clarity, from cliques to unity, and end with a narrative that the whole organisation can stand behind. Built on the Active Ethos® method set out in Junk Values.

02

Leader’s own story · ten weeks

New CEOs who want to sharpen their own voice while the wider work is underway.

An hour a week for ten weeks, with a little time between sessions. We work on your own purpose, principles and language so that leadership becomes more certain, more effective, and — honestly — more enjoyable. It can run alongside the story-build engagement or on its own.

03

Leadership off-sites & team activation

Leadership groups ready for a serious conversation rather than a standard team-building day.

Designed and facilitated sessions, usually one to three days, that move leadership conversations from polite to honest, from honest to useful. Actions are embedded into the process so the team leaves with purpose during and after the off-site.

04

Speaking, masterclasses & ongoing counsel

Boards, conferences, executive programmes and CEOs who want a trusted thinking partner.

Keynotes and executive sessions on leadership, communications and trusted growth. Retained advisory for CEOs and boards through transition, investment, integration or generational handover.

Wondering where to start?

Our starting point is a conversation. I don’t expect you to have the answers: that’s where I come in. These conversations help us identify the brief.

In their words

Her ability to listen deeply and provide insightful guidance on aligning our values with our team's perspectives was extremely useful. Her passion for values-driven leadership and her ability to facilitate open dialogue made the entire process smooth and more impactful.
